Terms of license for end-user software

All end-user software works in trial mode for a period of at least 90 days.
Software is offered "as is". Please try it before purchase.
Purchased license is forever (for the purchased version).
Future, major versions, are not included in price.
The software can be installed on a number of computers equal to the number of purchased licenses.
If the program is moved on a new computer, it must be deleted from the current computer.
One license cannot be used by multiple users in the same time.
We can provide support by email only. No support by phone, fax or on site is available.

We do not track visitors of our website. Our webpages have no counter on them. Note: YouTube movies have counters that are tracked by Google.
There is only one-time payment for our end-user software (major updates are not included in price). There are NO monthly or anual fees. We do not contact customers for asking to pay for updates for the end-user software.
We do not send unsolicited emails to our customers. We only send emails with the registration keys, invoices and answers to their questions.
Our software does not track user activity and does not connect to the internet except when the user press the menu/button for visiting our webpage or press the menu/button for checking for updates.

Secondly, note that our software is offered in trial mode for at least 90 days. Please try it completely before purchasing.
If you still want a refund please send us an email within 1 (one) month after purchase and explain us the reasons. If we cannot fix the problem we will proceed with the refund.
Note that not optimal layouts are not considered bugs (errors in the program) due to the nature of the problem. We cannot guarantee that all solutions are the best possible. We work with approximate algorithms, and this is why the solutions are not perfect in all cases. Also, for the problem that we solve, there is no software (algorithm) which generate a perfect solution in short time.
